 Standing Firm Our girls are given so many reasons to stumble. - media - peer pressure - challenges - body image - self esteem - rumors - relationships with boys - school Giving them reasons to stand firm in their faith can be a challenge when every thing else seems so much easier. How can we encourage them to maintain their faith in the most challenging years ahead? Spiritual disciplines. We will explore spiritual discipline through several options. Inward (meditation, prayer, study, journaling) Outward (solitude, simplicity) Corporate (confession, worship, guidance). |
